Your trust means everything to us. While we ensure quality checks at every step, if your purchase doesn't feel quite right, we’ll be happy to assist you with a return or exchange — as long as it meets the following conditions.


Exchanges

To initiate an exchange, you must raise a request within 24 hours of receiving your order. The replacement item will be delivered within 5–7 working days, subject to availability.

Your product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition as received
  • All original tags, labels and packaging must be fully intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is mandatory

Please note : - Items that show signs of use, damage or missing original packaging may not qualify for an exchange and could be returned to the sender without processing.


Returns

We want every Quilorria product to exceed your expectations. If for any reason you wish to return an item, you must raise a return request within 24 hours of receiving your order by contacting us at care@quilorria.com with your order number and reason for return.

For your return to be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition as received
  • All original tags, labels and packaging must be fully intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is mandatory
  • Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

Please note :- Items that show signs of use, damage or missing original packaging will not be accepted as a return and will be sent back to the sender at their expense.


Refund Process 

Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it to verify that it is in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please allow 1–2 working days for the inspection to be completed after we receive your return.

Here is how the refund process works:

1. Return Received

We receive your returned item at our facility and log it for quality inspection.

2. Quality Inspection

Our team inspects the product to confirm it is unused, in its original condition and all original packaging is intact.

3. Refund Initiated

If the item passes inspection, we will initiate your refund immediately. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

4. Amount Credited

The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 3–4 working days of initiation, as per RBI guidelines. Timelines may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.

Item fails inspection?

If the returned item does not meet our eligibility conditions upon inspection, we will notify you via email and return the item to you. No refund will be processed in such cases.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following are non-returnable:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items purchased using discount codes
  • Custom or made-to-order products

Please review the product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.


Return Shipping Policy

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error on our part.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage.
  • We are not liable for returns lost in transit.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Clear photos of the item, in case of defects or quality concerns

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions and the return shipping address.


Exchange Conditions

Exchanges follow the same eligibility conditions as returns. Once we receive your original item and verify its condition, Then only we’ll process the exchange. 


Transparency and Fairness

  • All returns are reviewed individually to ensure fair handling.
  • We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of wear or misuse.
  • Returns outside the 7-day window will not be accepted.
